Ecommerce Manager/Team Leader


I. Objectives

  • Create and implement strategies about E Commerce
  • Working directly with Head of Customer Success

II. Responsibilities

  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals
  • Set standardize, systems, and best practices for product content and become master of the product system
  • Work closely with differences team (Customer Success, Communication, SEO, Account, Google Analytics, Designer UI/UX…) to frequently provide updated content on E-Commerce platforms and implement suitable advertising strategy
  • Manage and run multiple user conversion campaigns on e-commerce platforms and websites (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok...)
  • Analyze data through intelligence quotients from different ad campaigns (installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS…)
  • Analyze customer data, product data and revenue data metrics to understand user behavior and come up with an appropriate strategy
  • Regularly monitor and report the performance of marketing strategies on e-commerce platform
  • Perform other duties as requested by Head

III. Requirements

  • Experiences:
    • At least 02-03 years of experience in E commerce
    • Experience in the position of E commerce Leader or similar positions
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of E Commerce such as marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, product development, consumer research,...
    • Skilled in data analysis, analyzing customer data, product data and revenue data,…
    • Good communication
    • Able to speak and write English with great fluency
    • Ability to use Microsoft programs, digital tools, apps

    • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
